Custom jewelry order crafting times vary. Typically, once our artisan reviews and approves your design sketch, production takes 7-14 business days. You can monitor the real-time tracking status in your account dashboard under the "Custom Orders" tab.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard catalogue jewelry in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom, bespoke order designs are tailored specifically to individual requirements and cannot be returned unless they contain craft defects.
